Refectocil 9003877904496 foundation - White / Blue

This set includes 5 small mixing bowls and 5 grooved application tools. The set is absolutely perfect for you who regularly color your eyebrows and eyelashes. The bowls can be used to mix your Refectocil Eyebrow Color with Oxidant, so that it becomes easier to control the process. You can also use the application tool to stir the mixture and then apply the color. The small grooves in the tool ensure that the color is evenly distributed throughout the brow or applied to each and every eyelash. The bowls can also be washed or dried so that they can be used again and again.
