MXR. The MXR reflects our desire to spread the Mizuno 2000s retro-running experience, as an extension of the globally recognized Wave Rider 10. The MXR name comes from the Maximizer line, a running line that has been offered for years in our domestic market to deliver Mizuno quality to a wide audience. The MXR is an entry level silhouette, but remain true to the essence of Mizuno, with high level of quality and technicity. A special attention to the new tooling, with a high-level of details and multiple rubber parts that allows technical color blockings. version is a continuation of our premium mood, with a synthetic suede overlay and tonal normcore tones. The mesh is a bit closer, to keep casual and mid-season vibe. The design of this model has its origins in the Maximizer released in 2009, which was dug up from Mizuno´s vast archives amid the spread of retro running shoes in the 2000s. We call it MXR ´´CASUAL´´ through using synthetic suede and two type of mesh combination. - Weight(g): 300g. Stack (mm): 12.0. - The upper is designed with a 2000s vibe, combining simple mesh and synthetic suede leather parts, with accent designs throughout. The sole is based on the design of the time, with a soft, comfortable midsole and all-over rubber. - An evolutionary lightweight midsole that delivers stress-free cushioned rides with high rebounds.
