Care Instruction:

* PC Spork Care: After use, rinse with clean water (or wipe with a damp cloth if water is limited) to remove food residue—avoid leaving sticky or acidic foods (e.g., sauce, citrus) on the surface for long (prevents staining or material degradation). Do not use abrasive scrubbers (preserves the sporks smooth surface).
* Hanging Karabiner Care: Wipe the karabiner with a dry cloth after use; if exposed to moisture (e.g., rain, stream water), dry fully immediately to prevent rust (if metal). Check the karabiners spring and gate regularly for debris—clear with a dry brush to maintain secure attachment to gear.
* Cleaning Caution: Do not place the PC spork in high-temperature environments (e.g., over campfires, boiling water)—PC can warp or release harmful substances when heated. Stick to hand-washing or mild, low-heat cleaning methods.
* Storage Care: Store the spork (attached to the karabiner if preferred) in a dry place—avoid damp gear bags (prevents mold growth on food residue). If storing long-term, ensure the spork is fully clean and dry first.
* Durability Maintenance: Avoid using the sporks knife edge on hard surfaces (e.g., metal pots, rocks)—this can dull the edge or chip the PC material. Use it only for cutting soft to medium foods (e.g., cooked veggies, sandwiches) as intended.
* Loss Prevention: Always reattach the spork to your gear via the karabiner after use—never leave it unattended at campsites (prevents loss, especially in outdoor settings with uneven terrain).
