Sizing:
Medium: 52-58cm
Large: 58-62cm

Measure around the circumference of your forehead (above your ears) with a measuring tape to find your size.
If both sizes fit e.g. 57cm we would normally advise opting for the smaller helmet.
All sizing is of course approximate as the shape of your head, hair and other factors can influence fit.
