The toe and heel has a reinforced knitting at the pressure points of the foot to ensure total absorption of vibration and shock. 93% Polyamide, 7% Lycra Machine wash in 30 °C / 86 °F. Avoid bleaching or ironing the socks. Socks will last longer if you keep them out of the tumble dryer.
